Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase for all sales shipped within the U.S. Items must be in their original condition or the return will be at our discretion and may include a refurbishing fee. 

Custom orders are, unfortunately, not returnable. 

Refunds in the form of original payment for the full amount of the purchase price will be made within two working days of our receipt of the merchandise. If you wish to make a return, please email hello@rhondafabergreen.com to request a pre-addressed, fully insured FedEx shipping label which we will send by email together with packing instructions.
